Direct Mail Ace Rewards Loyalty Program
Concept & Design
The task was to design and develop a direct mail program for the Ace Rewards consumer loyalty program.
I was there from the start, working with Ace’s consumer loyalty team when they began using direct mail to grow the business.
I created invaluable direct mail pieces for Ace Rewards that resulted in the program’s rapid growth and success. Ace Rewards currently has 40 million members and $4.6 billion annual customer-level sales.
My creativity and attention to detail earned RR Donnelley all direct mail work and additional print revenue.
